Sometimes services and systems don't need to be redesigned. Some of the best solutions, carrying the biggest impact, are remarkably simple.
At Mortar we want information to be more accessible and appropriate for those that need it. We built our platform Hoop'd to make it easier and quicker to organise, present and share local area information. Whilst working with local authorities and place based agencies to design and develop better services we began to discover that more success can be achieved with some of the most simple solutions.
As a result we are now helping organisations and networks do a few really simple things:
- Ensure service information can be printed effectively on a single page.
- Enable PDFs to be created and emailed to users with a single click.
- Create uniform Service and Resource Cards using shared templates.
